- NO RESPONSIBILITY: We are NOT responsible for any disputes, conflicts, frauds, or legal issues that may arise between you and any third-party service provider.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any builder, contractor, or service provider commits fraud against you, Swaraj Properties shall NOT be held responsible or liable for such actions.
Your Legal Rights and Options
✅ WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- File a police complaint (FIR) against the service provider
- Lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum
- File a civil or criminal lawsuit against the fraudulent party
- Report to Cyber Crime Cell for online fraud
- Take direct legal action against the service provider
❌ WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:
- Cannot file a lawsuit against Swaraj Properties
- Cannot claim compensation from us
- Cannot hold us responsible for third-party actions
- Cannot make us a party to the dispute
- Cannot demand refund from us
Legal Procedure If You Are Defrauded:
- Gather Evidence: Collect all documents, receipts, messages, contracts, and proof of payment
- Police Complaint: File an FIR at your nearest police station against the fraudulent party
- Consumer Forum: File a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act
- Civil Court: File a civil suit for recovery of damages
- Cyber Crime: Report to Cyber Crime Cell if the fraud occurred online
Note: Swaraj Properties will provide any available information/documents to assist you in your legal action against the fraudulent party.
Legal Action & Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
Limitation Period
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of our platform must be commenced within one (1) year of the alleged cause of action.
Binding Agreement
